Governor Kenneth Lusaka has visited Butonge High School in Sirisia Constituency to offer support following damages occasioned by the ongoing heavy rains in the country.
To kickstart repairs of the damaged roofs and buildings, Lusaka gave his personal donation of one million and food stuff.
“It is quite unfortunate that such calamity befell this institution.I hope this donation goes along way in regaining normalcy”, He said.
The Governor further assured residents of the County’s preparedness towards the predicted El nino by the weather man.
He was accompanied by area MP, John Waluke,MCAs and Senior County officials.
