Governor Kenneth Lusaka has urged civil servants to execute their mandates diligently as a measure of performance.

In his address, while gracing the signing of Performance Contracts by Senior Bungoma County Assembly staff, Lusaka lauded the move to have civil servants accountable in their duties.
“Performance contracting is a very important management tool. It enhances service delivery and keeps us in check.It is good to set targets. What is measured gets done”,He Said.
The County Boss stipulated the importance of creating synergy in service delivery, noting that his executive will work closely with the County Assembly to foster development and bring forth transformation.
“I implore my Executive Members to observe a cordial working relationship with the Assembly.Always avail themselves whenever called upon for oversight”,He stated.
The event was attended by a host of leaders, MCAs, CECMs, Senior County Officials among others.
