Residents of Kimilili Constituency have been urged to elect a development-oriented Member of Parliament who will prioritize the needs of the people and accelerate socio-economic progress in the region.
Speaking on phone with this writer, Kimilili parliamentary aspirant Masinde Nguti appealed to voters to carefully evaluate candidates based on their commitment to development and service to the community.
Nguti, who has steadily built a reputation for grassroots engagement, emphasized that leadership should be anchored on tangible development initiatives that uplift livelihoods and improve access to essential services.
He said Kimilili residents deserve leadership that focuses on practical solutions to challenges affecting the constituency, including education, infrastructure, youth empowerment, and economic opportunities.
“I urge the people of Kimilili to elect leaders who are committed to development and who understand the needs of the community. Leadership is about service, and it should translate into meaningful change for our people,” Nguti said.
The aspirant noted that Kimilili has enormous potential that can be unlocked through visionary leadership and strategic partnerships aimed at improving local economic activities.
He pointed out that empowering farmers, strengthening small businesses, and investing in education and youth programs would play a critical role in transforming the constituency.
Nguti has gained recognition among residents for his humanitarian activities across the constituency.
Through community initiatives, he has supported vulnerable families, contributed to educational programs, and assisted youth groups in efforts aimed at improving their livelihoods.
Residents who have benefited from his outreach initiatives say the aspirant has demonstrated a commitment to service even before seeking elective office, a move that has endeared him to sections of the community.
