Former Bungoma Central MP Peter Kisuya’s wife and community leader Madam Juliet Nakhumicha Kisuya was laid to rest today in Musese village, Kabuchai Constituency.

Governor Kenneth Lusaka led mourners in praising her as a teacher who “moulded many through her tenderness” and a “great source of expertise.”

Madam Kisuya, mother to county government staff Mercy and Lilian Kisuya, was remembered for her dedication to education and her unwavering support for the community.

Her death leaves a void in Bungoma, where she was revered as an “epitome of knowledge and wisdom.”
